Hoffman Construction Buckles Down with an Innovative Safety Award Idea

The Opportunity

An employee of Hoffman Construction, a large general contractor on the West Coast, found a unique belt buckle dating back over 40 years at a community sale and graciously gifted it to the President of the company. The President was so moved by the kind act that he sought to incorporate a replica of this item to display in the lobby of its company headquarters as part of a safety award.

The Challenge

This custom project was to be completed in 5 weeks to coincide with an awards ceremony already scheduled.

The Solution

The Result

The award was presented as part of a corporate dinner party event, and then placed on display in the company lobby.
